Who may play
Registering takes an adult of 18 or over, and each person keeps a single account. Everything you enter about yourself has to be true and has to agree with the documents we see later.
Welcome and bonus rules
- A welcome stage counts only if you switch it on before paying in; we cannot bolt a match on afterwards.
- Stage one starts at £25, stage two at £50 and stage three at £100.
- Wagering is 40x, on bonus money and on free-spin winnings alike.
- Until wagering ends, £2 is the ceiling for any single spin or round.
- Anything credited under an offer lapses after 7 days.
- Bonus-buy features stay closed until wagering is finished.
- The 50 spins for confirmed details can release £50 at most.
- Casino bonus money is not for sport, and sports bonus money is not for casino games.
Withdrawals and verification
Every withdrawal request is checked by us within 72 hours at most. The first one also waits for KYC: an identity document with your photo, a current utility bill or bank statement, and evidence the payment method belongs to you. Where we can, we pay back to the method you deposited with. Withdrawal ceilings stand at £2,000 per day, £10,000 per week and £40,000 per month, and VIP members may withdraw more.
Limits and account closure
You can switch on a deposit limit, a time-out or self-exclusion from your account or through support. An account that breaks these rules can be closed, and so can any duplicate account opened by the same person.
